When we did have the appointment, Garrett and Asher showed up on time and quickly resolved the problem. They gave me helpful pointers on how to prevent the issue in the future and explained the 30-day warranty on the repair they made. Lastly, their pricing seemed very reasonable. We will definitely be using their services again!

I had a very old toilet that no longer flushed well. I initially thought I could handle the replacement on my own—no big deal. However, I reconsidered and decided to let a pro do it; plus, I get a two-year warranty, and you can’t beat that. Garrett came in and installed a new Kohler toilet with a modern flush valve and flapper (no ball valve, etc.). He was able to use the old flange and cutoff, and the price was exactly as quoted. Great job! I signed the quote, and the toilet was installed the next day. Highly recommended.
